Product: Automated Draw Machines for websites

Licence agreement:

The customer can choose a 6-month, 1-year, or 3-year license agreement for the draw machine of their choice. The lisence is always for a fixed term and is paid in a single instalment.

Prices:

The prices of the lottery machines are indicated on the product page at the time of ordering.

Payment options:

Paypal / Card Payment. The order can also be placed by e-mail (usva@arvontakoneet.fi),

In this case, Certum Oy will take care of invoicing, reminder and possible collection.

The buyer will make a lump sum payment in cash or by bank transfer after signing the contract.

Delivery:

The service provider will deliver the ready-to-use product (sweepstakes machine) as a .zip file via WeTransfer within 2-4 business days. If the customer orders the sweepstake machine with a PRO licence, the delivery time will only start to count once the customer has provided the service provider with additional information about the product. Additional information will be requested via an automated email immediately after the order is placed.

The seller shall ensure that the product meets the agreed characteristics and purposes. If the product is lost by the customer for any reason, upon notification of the customer to the service provider, the product download link will be resent to the customer free of charge.

Disputes:

Any disagreements will be resolved by negotiation between the parties. In the event that negotiations do not lead to an agreement, disputes will be governed by Finnish law and will be settled in court.
